Industrial Studentships

Industrial studentships support research students working for a PhD degree as part of a collaborative research project with an industrial partner. Your business can use an industrial studentship to access key expertise that may not exist within your organisation or which may not be cost-effective to develop in-house.

The benefit of an Industrial studentship is that it would provide your business with the opportunity to test the value of collaborative research for a relatively modest outlay.

Please speak to someone in the Sporting Chance Initiative team to see what funding is available for Industrial studentships, or visit our funding section.
