Ryan Carenduff
Programme Manager
Ryan combines his unquestionable passion for sport with his entrepreneurial experience and expertise to plan and deliver Sporting Chance Initiative's programmes. A two-time graduate from the University of Stirling with a BA (Hons) and an MSc in Sports Studies and Sports Management respectively, Ryan is uniquely qualified to develop and mentor new sports businesses. Ryan is also the manager of The Sport Hive, Scotland's first sports business incubator.

David Sherman
Events & Marketing Manager
David’s industry experience and abundant creativity give him the skills needed to oversee the marketing activities and events associated with Sporting Chance Initiative. A graduate of Strathclyde Business School with a BA (Hons) in Marketing, David has previously worked in the Food & Drink and Technology sectors, delivering innovative marketing messages to a variety of audiences.

Kirsty Hepburn
Enterprise Executive
Kirsty graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BA Hons International Fashion Marketing with a keen interest in sports brands and new business creation. With a successful sporting background, Kirsty has a passion for sports businesses and new ideas in the sector.

Euan Bell
Events & Marketing Executive
Euan graduated from the University of Stirling with an MA in Sports Management after having previously completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Aberdeen. A keen sportsman, he has participated in a variety of sports including rugby and rowing.
